At Capella, we have a diverse client portfolio in different industries such as: non-profit, telecommunications, energy, technology, entertainment, sports and supplies.

2. Is relocation mandatory?

No. However, we do offer the opportunity to travel for business awards ceremonies, networking events, team gatherings, field and expansion business trips and more!

3. What is a day to day like at Capella Marketing?

Capella Marketing’s day to day varies depending on the individual’s training stage and/or position. To sum up, our entry level roles consist mainly in one on one development and training received, learning basic systems for delivering face to face presentations. Our leadership roles consist of teaching, training and developing account executives, delivering presentations on behalf of our clients, increasing brand awareness and brand reputation, carrying out business trips and events, mastering quality principles. Our management roles, consist of working closer with higher up executives such as campaign and brand managers, regionals, directly with client’s and back office teams. 

4. How soon can I start at Capella Marketing?

 Due to our fast growth and increase in demand to open up more markets on behalf of our clients, we are looking for hired individuals to start as soon as possible. In that way, we are able to initiate their training and help them progress in within in a short period of time.

5. What is Capella Marketing looking for in a candidate?

We are looking for an individual who has a familiar background in sales and marketing, interpersonal skills, adaptable and coachable, great work ethic and one in a million attitude.

6. Is Capella Marketing a team friendly environment?

Yes. We believe that team work makes the dream work. At Capella Marketing, we provide the individual the opportunity to work with different team members to collaborate ideas and present new solutions. That allows individuals to also progress quicker and maintain leadership consistency.

9. Does Capella market over the phone?

No. We offer face to face services to our clients. It allows us to fully understand needs, building relationships, help them connect with the brand, offering them a solution to their problem.

10. How long does Capella Marketing work with each client?

It varies from client to client as we have to take into consideration their goals and needs first. Thus, before that, we do pilot and test multiple campaigns that can last anywhere from two weeks up to a year.
